We are seeking 1 compassionate and organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and support to pet owners.

Veterinary Receptionist Responsibilities
- Greet clients and their pets upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, procedures, and pet care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed.
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries with professionalism.
- Assist veterinary staff with administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional care for all patients.
Veterinary Receptionist Experience
- Previous veterinary reception experience is required
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients and pets.
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using office equipment and software for scheduling and record-keeping.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- A genuine love for animals and commitment to their well-being.
