nVent is an electrical connection and protection company spun out of Pentair in 2018 that makes enclosures, thermal management, cable management and connection products for industrial, commercial and data centre customers. Its most consequential business has become thermal management for data centres: liquid cooling for high-density computing racks, where artificial intelligence accelerators generate more heat per rack than air can remove. Headquartered in London for tax and legal purposes with operations centred in Minnesota, it is listed on the New York Stock Exchange and has been reshaping its portfolio around electrification and data centre demand.

We’re looking for people who put their innovation to work to advance our success - and their own. Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions.

Technical Expertise

  • Mentor engineers and cross-functional team members through technical coaching, design reviews, and knowledge sharing.

  • Develop robust product specifications, test methods, and validation plans.

Customer & Business Engagement

  • Act as a subject matter expert for customers, sales teams, and channel partners.

  • Participate in customer visits and technical reviews to understand application challenges and identify growth opportunities.
