Job Summary
The ITAD Customer Experience Specialist delivers exceptional support to customers across multiple
channels, including phone, email, live chat, and eCommerce platforms. This role manages customer
inquiries, order-related issues, and overall customer satisfaction. The position serves as a primary
point of contact for ITAD customers and helps ensure a seamless buying and selling experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Customer Service & Support
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide information regarding products, services, orders, returns, and account concerns.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex matters when necessary.
- Performs other duties assigned by management.
eCommerce & Order Management
- Process and manage customer orders through internal systems.
- Monitor order status and coordinate with internal teams to resolve fulfillment issues.
- Assist with returns, exchanges, shipping concerns, and customer claims.
