Senior Customer Technical Program Manager - AI Datacenter

As part of the Customer Program Management team, you will lead strategic technical programs with Cloud Service Providers, primarily NeoCloud, to drive the deployment of NVIDIA’s innovative AI infrastructure. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with groundbreaking technologies, including the powerful NVIDIA Vera Rubin NVL72 platform, and deliver unmatched performance at data-center scale.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead program execution and technical engagement directly with NeoCloud providers and their ODM/OEM partners.

• Integrate data center tools and operationalize processes for AI factory buildouts, proactively resolving blockers to keep programs on track.

• Ensure the reliable assembly and deployment of groundbreaking AI infrastructure platforms by partnering closely with NeoCloud and their ODM/OEM partners to meet defined quality metrics and schedules.

• Build and lead cross-functional teams, driving alignment, accountability, and execution excellence.

• Provide technical direction for server system builds in collaboration with subject-matter experts.

• Manage program timelines, dependencies, and risks while proactively addressing issues that could impact delivery.

• Ensure the timely delivery of customer-specific features and successful production deployments.

• Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and key insights to senior leadership.

What we need to see:

• Demonstrated program and project management experience involving direct customer engagement.

• 8+ years of experience successfully delivering complex technical programs.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence outcomes in global, matrixed organizations.

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, or a related field

• Solid track record of successfully managing complex, large-scale data center projects.

• Growth mindset and commitment to developing new skills as NVIDIA expands into new markets.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• 8+ years of experience managing programs and projects, including direct Japanese customer engagement.

• Extensive experience leading technical programs for cloud compute deployments in Japan.

• Hands-on expertise in building and deploying large-scale compute server infrastructure.

• Proven track record to collaborate effectively with cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
