What you'll be doing:
Architectural and technical build of very high-speed wireline links.
Collaborate with peer engineers to ensure that product requirements, goals, and objectives are met or exceeded.
Join development efforts to build DSP architecture for future chips and improve the functionality of currently shipping products.
Work in a diverse, dynamic team to successfully implement advanced communication solutions.
Determine key technical requirements and deliver flawless system performance.
What we need to see:
BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
5+ years of working experience in DSP/Communications.
Understanding and working experience with DSP communication projects.
Excellent Matlab development skills.
A proven track record of system definition and algorithm development.
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills in a highly dynamic matrix organization.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Software development skills (C, C++, Python).
Background collaborating with VLSI teams.
Experience collaborating with analog/RF teams.
