Technical Program Manager - Ecommerce

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive the execution of high-impact technical initiatives across our e-commerce platform’s revenue streams: Direct, partner, and channel. In this role, you will lead and run programs focused on growing revenue and lead generation, optimizing the shopper journey, improving systems, and scaling our digital storefront. You will partner closely with our engineering and operations teams, product and campaign managers, and internal business teams to deliver reliable, high-performing software that directly impacts our global user base.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading the delivery lifecycle of core e-commerce projects, driving timelines for features across various business segments, catalog management, product launches, agentic commerce, and more.
• Running complex projects from writing requirements through launch, including implementing and running project schedules, meeting with engineering teams, solutioning roadblocks, and delivering results.
• Coordinating and documenting requirements, planning timelines, driving meetings with various collaborators as well as communicating progress, and status updates across teams.
• Monitoring and reporting on program health, operational and revenue metrics, and finding opportunities.
• Driving programs related to NVIDIA direct, partner, and channel sales in the ecommerce experience with great attention to detail and consistency.
• Increase revenue and conversion, improve buyer journeys, and strategize new concepts for growth in your owned areas.
• Working with internal and external teams to operationalize ecommerce business strategies, drive growth, and maintain programs.
• Supporting regional teams on localized requirements for growing markets.

What we need to see:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.

• 8+ years of proven technical program or project management experience, specifically working within a modern e-commerce, retail tech, or digital marketplace environment leading and delivering complex projects.

• Outstanding program management, leadership, collaboration, and analytical skills with the ability to successfully deliver technical projects in a multifaceted organization.
• Consistent track record of being well organized, detail oriented, and consistently engaged in an environment with shifting priorities and changing requirements.
• Excellent professional verbal and written communication of objectives, status, and results; comfortable interacting with people at all levels.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in order to meet timelines, as well as pivot and stay flexible, with a positive problem solving demeanor.
• Detailed knowledge of project management methodologies and platforms, such as Agile and/or JIRA.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, including payment gateways, shopping cart mechanics, order management systems, inventory tracking, and APIs.
• Familiarity with web performance optimization, SEO technical requirements, and global data privacy standards (GDPR, PCI-DSS compliance).
• Both team oriented and highly independent, requiring little oversight to deliver results.

• Understanding of UI/UX, consumer journey, ecommerce best practices.
