What the Job Is

As part of the Global Key Account Team for Bosch, you will play a critical role in driving one of NXP’s most strategic relationships.

Working closely with the GKAM, you translate account strategy into results - owning operational excellence, accelerating business opportunities, and ensuring flawless execution across a complex, multi-division customer landscape.

This is a high-impact, high-intensity role where success depends on your ability to move fast, take ownership, and create new paths to win.

Your Capabilities

  • 5-10+ years of experience in automotive semiconductor sales or account management

  • Proven ability to manage complex Tier 1 customer structures and long design cycles

  • Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, negotiations, and contract handling

  • Solid technical understanding of automotive electronics

  • Ability to lead and align cross-functional teams in a matrix organization

  • Confident engagement with purchasing, engineering, and program stakeholders
