Equipment Engineer - Final Test
In this position, the candidate responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
1. Build good interface with worldwide cross-functional teams (global Business, Process, production and QA etc) with excellent communication skill.
2. Responsible for wafer test/final test software (test program) & hardware (probe card/load board) setup, validation and buy off, ensure launch production with mature manufacturability.
3. Quality sensitive on Qualification and sample test according standard process and procedure, meet Zero defect (PPM) requirement
4. Take cost reduction work with business team to achieve business goal.
5. Capability on quick issue diagnoses and resolution with statistical principle and methodology to achieve entitlement.
Requirements
1. Bachelor is a minimum requirement on Electrical, Electronics, Automation or Computer Engineering related.
2. Good communication skill in oral and written English, team working spirit, willing to learn, take challenges and self-motivated
3. Within 2 years working experience in relative field.
4. Engineer mindset and knowledge in wafer sort or final test area, full ownership through 1+ product cycle is highly preferred.
5. Skillful statistical knowledge, 6-sigma, 8D, 3X5 why, FMEA methodology and data analysis tools application on problem resolution;
6. The candidates can be considered if he/she has experiences in production product engineering or test hardware maintenance and is willing to purse technical career path in new product test engineering
