Aufgaben:

  • Vorbereitung und Koordination von Sitzungen

  • Zutrittsverwaltung für Gäste und Besucher

  • Sicherstellen der Ferienvertretung innerhalb des Assistenzteams, auch während den Schulferien

  • Unterstützung bei Projekten

Qualifikation:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion

  • Muttersprache Deutsch, sehr gute Englisch- und Französischkenntnisse

  • Versierte EDV-Kenntnisse

  • Sie sind eine kundenorientierte und belastbare Persönlichkeit mit einer strukturierten und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise

  • Sie verfügen über ein professionelles Auftreten und über ein hohes Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein

  • Vertrauenswürdigkeit, Diskretion sowie eine vernetzte Denkweise sind für Sie selbstverständlich
