Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
• Build robust and high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Design and optimise databases, queries, and data models.
• Implement scalable and reliable microservices and distributed systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following software engineering best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, architecture decisions, and troubleshooting.
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and production issues.
• Ensure application security, reliability, and performance.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices.

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in full-stack development.
• Strong backend development experience with Java / Node.js / Python or equivalent.
• Strong frontend experience with React.js / Angular / Vue.js .
• Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
• Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP and cloud-based application development.
• Good understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience in e-commerce, retail, fintech, or high-traffic consumer applications.
• Experience designing highly scalable systems handling high transaction volumes.
• Knowledge of Kafka or other event-streaming technologies.
• Experience with Redis or other caching technologies.
• Exposure to system design and architecture.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong in both backend and frontend development.
• Comfortable working on end-to-end product development.
• Experienced in building scalable and high-performance applications.
• Strong in system design and problem-solving.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
