Что нужно делать:

• сбор, обработка и анализ данных, формирование выводов и рекомендаций для бизнеса;

• прогноз показателей Компании на кратко- и долгосрочной основе, определение причин отклонений факта от плановых и прогнозных значений;

• анализ активностей Компании, их влияние на коммерческие показатели, расчет экономической эффективности;

• проектирование, разработка и сопровождение BI-дашбордов, автоматизация регулярной отчётности;

• проектирование и анализ A/B-тестов, корректна интерпретация статистической значимости результатов.

Что мы ожидаем:

уверенный SQL: подзапросы, оконные функции, оптимизация запросов, работа с большими таблицами;
Python для анализа данных (pandas, numpy, визуализация); автоматизация рутинных расчётов;
самостоятельное проектирование и сопровождение BI-дашбордов (Power BI / Tableau), построение модели данных;
прикладная статистика: проверка гипотез, корреляционно-регрессионный анализ, дизайн и анализ A/B-тестов.
базовое прогнозирование (тренды, сезонность) и сегментация.
понимание структуры DWH/витрин данных и ETL-процессов; основы качества данных.
навыки презентации результатов и data storytelling.
