We are looking for a Traffic Coordinator to join our Household Removals team at our team in Aspropyrgos.

The Traffic Coordinator will be responsible for planning and coordinating daily removals operations, ensuring people, vehicles, equipment, and crews are efficiently allocated, while supporting project costing, fleet and personnel administration, supplier coordination, and day-to-day Transport Office activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and allocate daily moving jobs, crews, vehicles, and other resources according to operational requirements.
  • Enter, assign, and manage jobs and routes within the company’s ERP system (EBS).
  • Maintain and continuously update the daily operational schedule.
  • Coordinate daily with drivers, packing crews, warehouse teams, and Move Coordinators to ensure the smooth execution of planned activities.
  • Monitor the progress of daily operations and proactively address delays, absences, vehicle breakdowns, or changes in project requirements.
  • Adjust routes, resources, and schedules quickly and effectively in response to operational changes.
  • Support the costing of household goods projects and monitor the use of human and technical resources.
  • Maintain accurate records of personnel working hours, leave, overtime, days off, and business travel.
  • Monitor and maintain vehicle documentation, including roadworthiness inspections (KTEO), insurance, emissions certificates, fire extinguishers, and other required documentation.
  • Coordinate the ordering and monitoring of operational materials, equipment, and staff uniforms/workwear.
  • Check external subcontractor invoices against the services and work actually performed.
  • Record and monitor operational incidents, damages, and relevant reports.
  • Maintain accurate operational records and support the Transport Office with day-to-day administrative activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, resource utilization, and service quality.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple teams, drivers, and operational resources.
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • High attention to detail, accountability, and reliability.
  • Strong operational planning and resource allocation skills.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable to last-minute changes.
  • Collaborative team player with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Very good MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with ERP systems; EBS knowledge is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Greek.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in transport, logistics, moving/relocation, or a similar environment, with experience in route planning, fleet coordination, transport operations, or crew scheduling.
