Requisitos del Puesto

  • Titulación: Profesional titulado y colegiado en Ingeniería Mecánica, Mecánica-Eléctrica, Electromecánica, Industrial, Química, Petróleo o afines.

  • Experiencia General: Mínimo 10 años en ingeniería, construcción, mantenimiento, integridad, comisionado u operación de instalaciones industriales.

  • Experiencia Específica: Mínimo 7 años en supervisión/ejecución de obras en sistemas de transporte por ductos (RBI, reparaciones, soldadura, tie-ins, tendido y cambio de válvulas). Experiencia en hot tapping y line stop requerida para liderar dichas actividades.

  • Licencia de Conducir: Categoría A-I vigente con experiencia acreditada en conducción 4x4 y manejo defensivo.

  • Certificaciones Deseables: AWS-CWI, CSWIP, END Nivel II/III, API 1169, AMPP/NACE, Seguridad de Procesos o ISO (9001/14001/45001).

  • Conocimientos Clave: Normativa ASME, API, AWS, ASTM, NFPA, regulaciones peruanas de hidrocarburos, permisos de trabajo (ATS, IPERC, SIMOPS) y software técnico (MS Project, AutoCAD).

Funciones Principales

  • Supervisar obras, reparaciones y mantenimientos en ductos (soldadura, montaje, tendido, cambio de válvulas y pruebas).

  • Liderar intervenciones de hot tapping, line stop e inspecciones RBI.

  • Controlar el cumplimiento de estándares HSE, Seguridad de Procesos, calidad, cronogramas, metrados y gestión de riesgos.

  • Coordinar interfaces entre TGP y contratistas en campo.

  • Supervisar precomisionado, comisionado, puesta en servicio, liberación de Punch List, dossier de calidad y planos As-Built.

  • Lugar de trabajo: Instalaciones del sistema de transporte por ductos de TGP.

  • Régimen laboral: Atípico (14x7 o 10x10) con jornada de 12 horas (por confirmar).
