Data & AI Programme Manager (VP)
ROLE PURPOSE
We are seeking an experienced and execution-focused Data & AI Programme Manager to lead the delivery and governance of strategic Data and AI initiatives across the OCBC Group.
This role will drive end-to-end management of complex, cross-functional programmes spanning data platforms, AI assets, enterprise knowledge management, governance frameworks, operating model transformation and business value realisation.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead large-scale Data & AI transformation programmes across multiple business and technology domains.
- Establish programme governance, delivery plans, success metrics and executive reporting.
- Drive implementation of AI, data governance, data products and enterprise data initiatives.
- Manage programme risks, dependencies, budgets and resource planning.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Business, Technology, Risk, Compliance and Operations.
- Drive change management, adoption and benefits realisation.
- Manage vendors, implementation partners and external stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Data Science or related disciplines.
- 10+ years of experience in programme management, transformation, technology delivery, data management or related fields.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation programmes within banking or financial services preferred.
- Strong understanding of Data Management, Data Governance, Data Platforms and AI/GenAI initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
- PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent certifications preferred.
