    b. Memastikan target yang dibuat sesuai dengan potensi Area yang ada.

    c. Melakukan pembaruan target apabila ada perubahan besar dalam kondisi bisnis.

  • Mengoptimalkan dan Monitor Biaya

    a. Mengelola anggaran & biaya operasional (OPEX).

    b. Menghitung dan menentukan pembagian biaya untuk setiap area secara merata dan akurat.

    c. Berkoordinasi dengan tim Finance dan Segment untuk memastikan pembagian biaya sudah sesuai dan akurat.

    d. Memantau penggunaan biaya secara berkala dan membandingkannya dengan anggaran yang tersedia.

  • Analisa Biaya

    a. Mengindentifikasi & menganalisa peluang untuk menghemat biaya dan menggunakan sumber daya secara lebih efisien.

    b. Membuat laporan efisiensi biaya beserta rekomendasi untuk mengoptimalkan pengeluaran operasional.
