  • Menjadi representative dari Divisi dalam mengidentifikasi risiko serta memonitor efektifitas mitigasi risiko dari proses kerja yang dilakukan Divisi Personal Banking dengan menggunakan risk management tools yang berlaku di Bank (contoh: KRI, RCSA, BCP, Third Party List, RLED, dll)
  • Membuat laporan pengeluaran bulanan dan rekonsiliasi jurnal biaya yang dibebankan ke Personal Banking dalam rangka pemberian reward program serta kebutuhan penunjang aktitifas bisnis
  • Melakukan pengecekan eligibilitas dan menjalankan pemenuhan benefit program (fulfillment) sesuai dengan ketentuan program dan layanan
