The Manager, Technical Lead EDI is a critical member of the enterprise solution design and delivery team, partnering with business stakeholders and product teams to prioritize and deliver enhancements, projects, and programs that support business strategy and drive enterprise value across Ocean Spray key functions. This role is responsible for the design, development, and deployment of optimized, integrated, and automated technology solutions leveraging our EDI platform. Working closely with cross-functional business partners, IT product leads, AMS support resources, and enabling teams, this role drives and delivers best in class, end to end scalable enterprise solutions. It will serve as functional and solution expert for our EDI IBM Sterling B2B Integrator in support of holistic business processes, leading all Product Management aspects of the SDLC, including requirement gathering, solution definition, build, testing, deployment, release planning and ongoing support.A Day in the Life...

- Drive process optimization and solution standardization by leveraging platform best practices, architectural standards, and industry frameworks
- Partner with key cross-functional teams such as Supply Chain, Commercial, and Finance to support end-to-end enterprise business processes and identify opportunities for productivity, efficiency, automation, and scalability enabled by EDI, partner collaboration tools and embedded AI technology (Joule, etc.)
- Own the end-to-end EDI landscape, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable integrations between SAP S/4 and all external trading partners including architecture standards, transaction monitoring, and operational performance.
- Actively advise on Sprint design and backlog grooming for EDI enhancements and projects with product manager and business partners, Oversee AMS production support activities, release planning, deployment coordination, production readiness, and act as primary contact for critical incidents, root cause analysis, and improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, development teams, data governance, and subject matter experts to prioritize and deliver system enhancements
- Lead Trading Partner enablement, responsible for onboarding, testing, and certification of new partners
- Coordinate and execute use case testing, end-user validation activities, and post-implementation support
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive innovation through process improvement, automation, and modernization initiatives
- Define solution architecture requirements, integration standards and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and standards
- Ensure solutions comply with security, risk, and regulatory requirements in alignment with Information Security and governance policies including responsible AI policy
- Contribute to cost-benefit analysis and business case development for proposed initiatives and enhancements
- Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to Business System Analysts and AMS team members to ensure effective collaboration and delivery
What We Are Looking For:
- Deep working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA core modules such as SD, MM/PP, FICO and ERP processes like Procure to Pay, Order to Cash etc. IBM Sterling EDI platform
- Strong business acumen within order management and other supply chain execution functions, including transportation planning and warehouse management
- Proven experience in technical delivery with a strong focus on solution design, systems implementation, and release management
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and oversee Business System Analysts or similar roles
- Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to align technology solutions to business objectives
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience driving process improvements and implementing application or platform best practices within complex enterprise environments
