  • Develop and nurture talent pipelines across key skill areas and jurisdictions, ensuring a proactive approach to current and future hiring requirements.
  • Deliver end-to-end, 360 recruitment processes, producing high-quality candidate shortlists while maintaining an exceptional experience throughout the hiring journey.

  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies, with a strong focus on data accuracy, compliance, and reporting excellence.
  • The ability to interpret recruitment data and market insights, using analytics to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • A consultative approach to stakeholder management, with the confidence to provide expert advice, challenge constructively, and influence hiring decisions.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of service delivery and candidate care.
  • Experience managing the full candidate lifecycle, from attraction and assessment through to offer management and onboarding.
