岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1、线上技术服务支持，处理线上咨询与故障申报，通过电话/在线工具提供技术指导

2、服务信息录入维护，确保服务记录完整性与可追溯性。

3、客户服务计划执行，如服务回访/满意度调查/客户SLA等

4、更新维护服务工具资源，如服务知识库/标准知识文档/视频等

5、处理客户服务投诉

任职要求 / Requirements

1.大专及以上，计算机/通信/电子工程相关专业

2.1-3年工作经验，有技术支持工程师、运维、客服工程师相关工作经验

3.熟练掌握计算机/网络/操作系统知识、计算机硬件组装基本知识

4.掌握Window安装部署、常见故障排查、分析、处理，具备Linux基础运维能力

4. 具备基本的网络ip规划、二层网络规划、网络基础排查能力

5. 良好的学习能力和协调能力，有AI实践案例优先
