In this role, you will maintain accounting operations on NetSuite for 6 international entities and participate in group consolidation processes. We are looking for someone with strong technical accounting expertise combined with an appetite for change, eager to drive or participate in major strategic projects within a scaling company.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Treasury Management (6 entities):

  • Post bank entries weekly and perform monthly bank reconciliations.

  • Manage vendor invoices via our digital processing tool, directing them through approval workflows.

  • Prepare payment runs, perform accounts payable and expense reports reconciliation, and manage vendor follow-ups/relations.

  • Perform payroll accounting entry integration and ensure reconciliation between payroll reports and the general ledger.

  • Manage multi-currency and/or multi-entity accounting and treasury transactions, FX revaluations and realized/unrealized FX gain & loss tracking.

  • Manage intra-group journal entries.

  • Ensure that 100% of accounting entries are assigned to cost centers, in coordination with FP&A, including pre-posting validation and monthly controls.

  • Ensure daily maintenance of accounting ledgers in compliance with company rules, accounting standards, quality, and deadlines.

  • Asset Management, Tax & Group Reporting:

  • Ensure the tracking and updating of fixed assets in the general ledger accounting and the Fixed Asset Register, performing regular reconciliations between both systems.

  • Prepare monthly closing operations (cut-off entries, accruals, VAT, exchange variance analysis, etc.).

  • Prepare French tax declarations (DAS2, VAT, and other local taxes).

  • Prepare monthly intra-group reconciliations.

  • Contribute to monthly financial reporting.

  • Support Group consolidation operations (task scope adapted to your profile, with hands-on learning opportunities).

  • Support annual statutory audit processes.

  • Projects & Change Management:

  • Actively lead or participate in high-impact finance projects, process automation, and system enhancements.

  • Embrace and drive change to support the scaling of our international finance organization.

Required qualifications

    Experience & Technical Skills:

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance (e.g., BTS, DCG, DSCG, or equivalent).

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar accounting role within an international group or fast-paced environment.

  • Excel/Google Sheet skills (data manipulation for reconciliations). AI is a plus.

  • Hands-on experience with an ERP (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics), including fixed asset modules, subledger management, custom reporting, data imports (CSV/Excel), and multi-currency/multi-entity setups.

  • Solid knowledge of French GAAP (PCG). Familiarity with US GAAP or IFRS is a plus.

  • No prior consolidation expertise required - task exposure will be tailored to your skill set and interest in developing consolidation expertise.

  • Soft Skills & Mindset:

  • Appetite for Change & Project-Driven: You thrive in scaling, evolving environments and enjoy driving or contributing to major transformation projects.

  • Rigor & Organization: You believe structured methods and precision are the keys to operational success.

  • Language: Fluent in French and professional English proficiency (written and spoken) to interact effectively within a global team and environment.
