Senior Product Manager

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our VA team, coordinating and driving resolution of complex engineering challenges that impact Veteran-facing systems across VA OIT.
What you'll be doing:
- Own project planning, milestone tracking, and resource coordination across a cross-functional technical response team
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholder communication, keeping teams aligned and driving resolution
- Coordinate rapid-response efforts across VA program offices and engineering teams to address enterprise-level technical issues
- Lead change management and communicate program progress clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Facilitate collaboration across teams and navigate competing priorities with clarity and confidence
- Manage project tracking in Jira or similar tooling
What you’ll bring:
- Federal IT experience, ideally with the VA
- Strong organizational skills with a track record of hitting milestones across complex, multi-team programs
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you're comfortable with senior stakeholders and know how to keep a room moving
- Experience navigating cross-functional technical environments with competing priorities
- Familiarity with Jira or similar project tracking tools
- Thrives in a remote, collaborative Agile environment and genuinely enjoys working across engineering and product teams
- Communicates clearly and openly, whether running a cross-team sync or briefing leadership
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements:

Compensation:
At Oddball, it’s important each employee is compensated competitively and fairly. In alignment with state legal requirements. A range for the included position is listed below. Be advised, actual offer details are determined by job category, job location, and candidate skill level.
United States Wage Range: $120,000 - $145,000
