ACCOUNT MANAGER, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Working closely with other Account Managers and internal teams, the role involves managing direct customer engagements and proposing value-driven solutions that leverage the full range of Odyssey’s cybersecurity products and services.

This role will report directly to the Manager, Business Development in Cyprus.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, driving opportunities to closure.
• Contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams.
• Ensure strict adherence to timelines and accuracy in pipeline management and deal stage updates.
• Analyze weekly reports to identify issues and implement corrective or remedial actions as needed.
• Support high-level and strategic customers, maintaining and strengthening key relationships.
• Build on existing relationships to influence project initiation and ensure business continuity.
• Act as a company ambassador to customers, identifying and creating new business opportunities.
• Prepare customer proposals in close collaboration with other internal teams.
