ACCOUNT MANAGER, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

The Account Manager will be part of Odyssey’s Account Management team, responsible for managing and developing relationships with assigned customers. The successful candidate will focus on building long-term partnerships within their designated portfolio, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Working closely with other Account Managers and internal teams, the role involves managing direct customer engagements and proposing value-driven solutions that leverage the full range of Odyssey’s cybersecurity products and services.

This role will report directly to the Manager, Business Development in Cyprus.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, driving opportunities to closure.
• Contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams.
• Ensure strict adherence to timelines and accuracy in pipeline management and deal stage updates.
• Analyze weekly reports to identify issues and implement corrective or remedial actions as needed.
• Support high-level and strategic customers, maintaining and strengthening key relationships.
• Build on existing relationships to influence project initiation and ensure business continuity.
• Act as a company ambassador to customers, identifying and creating new business opportunities.
• Prepare customer proposals in close collaboration with other internal teams.
