CYBERSECURITY ENGINEER, SOLUTIONS

As a Cybersecurity Engineer, you will support the delivery, operation, and continuous improvement of cybersecurity services across customer environments. You will be responsible for the deployment, administration, monitoring, and ongoing support of security technologies, working closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure solutions remain effective, resilient, and aligned with operational and security requirements. Leveraging a strong technical foundation, you will contribute to the management and enhancement of key security domains, including firewalling, endpoint security, patch management and network segmentation.

The position reports to the Team Leader of Solutions (CY) and requires a professional with an ability to work in a dynamic environment as part of a team of highly focused engineers.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deploy, configure, and maintain core infrastructure and security systems
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to security systems, connectivity, access, and policies.
• Respond to customer requests, alerts, and support cases with guidance from senior team members
• Assist with the deployment and administration of security technologies such as firewalls, endpoint security, email security, and related platforms.
• Collaborate with other teams to support service delivery and operational excellence
• Contribute to internal process improvements and ensure compliance with security standards
