INFRASTRUCTURE AND SECURITY ENGINEER

As an Infrastructure & Security Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, deploying, and operating key infrastructure and security services for our customers. This role involves hands-on work to ensure that core systems are secure, reliable, and meet operational and compliance requirements.

You will collaborate with colleagues, internal teams, and Odyssey’s wider organization to deliver and maintain services for the managed customers. Your focus will be on delivering reliable, efficient, and secure infrastructure operations, while continuously contributing to process and service improvements across multiple environments.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deploy, configure, and maintain core infrastructure and security systems
• Support the operation and visibility of key service areas such as asset management, endpoint security, and access controls
• Implement and manage controls for privileged access and network segmentation.
• Monitor system performance and security posture across managed environments
• Maintain accurate documentation, procedures, and configuration records
• Collaborate with other teams to support service delivery and operational excellence
• Contribute to internal process improvements and ensure compliance with security standards
