CYBERSECURITY ENGINEER, TECHNOLOGY RESILIENCE

The role focuses on the deployment, administration, monitoring, and support of cloud, network, systems and cybersecurity technologies in-house and across managed customer environments. You will work with internal teams, vendors, and customers to help ensure that security solutions are reliable, properly maintained, and aligned with operational and security requirements.

This position is suitable for someone with a solid technical foundation, a strong interest in cybersecurity, and the willingness to develop further in areas such as firewalling, switching, endpoint security, vulnerability management, patch management, privileged access management and cloud platforms.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Infrastructure Management

• Deploy, configure, and maintain core IT infrastructure.
• Manage network and security systems to ensure reliable operations.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to security systems, network connectivity, user access, and security policies.
• Investigate and respond to technical incidents.

Customer Support

• Respond to customer requests, alerts, and support tickets.
• Provide technical guidance and solutions under the supervision of senior team members.

Security Administration

• Assist in deploying and managing security technologies, including:
  • Firewalls
  • Endpoint security solutions
  • Email security platforms
  • Cloud security and cloud platforms

Team Collaboration

• Work with cross-functional teams to support service delivery.
• Contribute to maintaining operational efficiency and service quality.

Process Improvement & Compliance

• Support continuous improvement of internal processes.
• Ensure adherence to organizational security standards and compliance requirements
