Aufgaben

  • Erstellung der quartalsweisen Finanz- und Managementreports (GuV, Bilanz, Cashflow, Kennzahlen) für mehrere Tochtergesellschaften
  • Mitwirkung am Konzernreporting sowie Unterstützung des Berichtswesens der Muttergesellschaft
  • Durchführung der Budgetplanung und Unterstützung von Forecast- und Planungsprozessen
  • Weiterentwicklung und Standardisierung von Reporting- und Controllingprozessen sowie Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität
  • Erstellung von Beteiligungsberichten, Analysen, Statistiken und Ad-hoc-Auswertungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführungen und verschiedenen Fachbereichen
  • Mitarbeit beim Ausbau der Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung (ESG)

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finance, Rechnungswesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise im Konzern- oder Beteiligungscontrolling
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP- und Reporting-Systemen sowie ausgezeichnete Excel-Kenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Zahlenaffinität, Qualitätsbewusstsein und Genauigkeit
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
