Job Title: Sales Representative (In-House/Virtual)

Role Summary

• We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused sales representative to join our team.
• This role combines traditional sales responsibilities with modern customer service.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries across our social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Convert social media and online inquiries into sales opportunities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Update and manage CRM records to track sales leads and customer interactions
• Provide accurate product information and assist customers in making informed purchase decisions
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align on promotional campaigns and customer engagement strategies
• Monitor and report feedback, trends, and issues raised by customers to the appropriate internal teams
• Handle order processing, returns, and after-sales support where necessary
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends

Qualifications

• Minimum of OND.
• 1–3 years experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role (experience in sales in gadget stores is a plus)
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Comfortable using social media platforms for business communication
• Proficient with digital tools including MS Office tools
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Must be proactive, self-motivated, and sales-driven.

Salary
N100,000 monthly, with total monthly earnings determined by performance and targets through commissions.
