Job Description:

  • Assist in creating and processing purchase orders through the SAP ERP system.

  • Follow up with suppliers regarding quotations, deliveries, and documentation.

  • Support the purchasing team in maintaining accurate procurement records.

  • Track purchase requests and update procurement status reports.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely procurement of materials and services.

  • Perform data entry and reporting tasks using Excel.

Duration: 3 Months

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduate.

  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

  • Resident of Giza.

  • Previous internship experience is a plus.

  • Basic knowledge of SAP ERP is an advantage.

  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
