1. Customer Engagement: Work with sales teams to gather customer requirements, assess business challenges, and design optimal network solutions.

2. Technical Presentations: Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the value and functionality of the solutions.

3. Solution Design: Design and present custom system architectures, ensuring they are technically feasible and align with customer needs.

4. Proposal Support: Assist in creating technical proposals, including documentation, network architecture diagrams, and detailed specifications.

5. Proof of Concept (PoC): Lead PoC initiatives to demonstrate how the proposed solutions will address customer pain points.

6. Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams, such as product management, engineering, and support, to ensure a cohesive solution.

7. Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide customers with the latest solutions and best practices.

Qualifications

1.. 3+ years in system or solution company as Presales or technical support role

2. Proposal/presentationwriting and presentation skills

3. Consultation for solution selling ability, self-learner for new technology or tools for adapting to customer needs

4. Cross-team communication skills, problem-solving ability

5.Good knowledge with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Visio

6. English ability

7. Preferably possess at least one certification such as VCP or other network vendor-specific certifications.
