You're not just a Motion Designer/Editor - you're a creative dynamo! Your job? Crafting mind-blowing motion design content that's as unforgettable as your favourite song's chorus. You'll be a key player in our team of 6 to 7 boundary-pushers, bringing top-notch skills and an infectious energy to every project.

Your mission? Creating tailor-made video content for epic paid media campaigns across digital playgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the team to create captivating motion design content for our global brands. 
• Use standard software (Adobe After Effects and Premier) to make top-quality motion design videos.
• Edit TV campaigns for seamless transitions and brand consistency.
• Create video content for paid media campaigns, adapting to digital formats.
• Play a role in major campaigns
• Adopt modular creative strategies to tailor content for different audiences.
• Integrate diverse content sources to ensure a cohesive end product.
• Learn and utilize the Celtra platform for content development if needed.
• Infuse energy and creativity into projects, pushing boundaries for exceptional work.
• Analyse visual prototypes, providing valuable insights to enhance motion design.
• Collaborate with creative leads to bring their ideas to life.
• Meet deadlines with meticulous attention to detail, sticking to brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on motion design trends to deliver cutting-edge work.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project clarity.
• Contribute to the agency's success and the brand, exceeding client expectations globally.

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated track record in motion design and editing at creative agencies or similar settings, with a robust portfolio of visually captivating projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software like Adobe After Effects and Premier, understanding motion design principles, animation techniques, and visual storytelling.
• Skilled in editing video content, ensuring smooth transitions, pacing, and overall cohesion. Strong knowledge of video editing software is essential.
• Past work with prominent brands, preferably in consumer goods. Familiarity with brands in the beauty industry is a plus.
• Proficient in crafting content optimized for digital and social media platforms, knowing platform-specific requirements and best practices.
• Keen eye for detail, strong artistic sensibility, infusing projects with energy, creativity, and a unique visual style.
• Effective team player, working closely with Creative Leads, designers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life and deliver outstanding work.
• Exceptional organizational skills, prioritizing tasks to meet project timelines while maintaining keen attention to detail.
• Willingness to adjust to changing project needs, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled in additional relevant software like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, enhancing workflow and delivering high-quality results.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, effectively expressing ideas, providing feedback, and collaborating with team members and clients.
• Proactive and resourceful problem-solving approach, finding innovative solutions and overcoming challenges during the creative process.
• Solid understanding of brand guidelines, working within established brand identities for consistency across motion design deliverables.
