Human Resources Generalist

The HR Generalist will assist the firm with effective day-to-day human resources operations. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and supporting HR initiatives, policies, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices, and employment laws.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Serves as an HR resource for employee relations and development.
• Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department
• Facilitates and implements performance management for staff in cooperation with attorneys.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR files, records and documentation
• Entering employee data into computer database

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ year of demonstrated hiring in the legal or professional services industry is a plus.
