1.学历：制冷空调及相关专业本科及以上学历

2.工作经验：5年以上空调风冷产品开发经验

3.能力和技能：熟悉相关产品技术知识; 拥有丰富的压力容器、制冷系统和传热设计及产品试验等方面的专业知识; 丰富的项目管理经验和发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力; 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神

4.其他：良好的英文听说写能力
