  • Prestar suporte técnico de 2.ª linha em redes IP e infraestruturas de telecomunicações
  • Executar tarefas de troubleshooting, diagnóstico e resolução de incidentes através de gestão de tickets
  • Interagir pontualmente com equipas de 3.ª linha para escalamento e resolução de problemas complexos
  • Assegurar o contacto direto e a comunicação clara no acompanhamento ao cliente
  • Configurar, manter e monitorizar equipamentos de rede (Cisco, Huawei ou equivalentes) em ambientes de Routing, Switching e Wireless
  • Integrar a equipa operacional garantindo a estabilidade e qualidade do serviço de rede
