O que vais fazer

  • Administrar e monitorizar infraestruturas de rede através da plataforma Nebula
  • Configurar e gerir equipamentos de networking (Switchs, Load Balancers e Firewalls)
  • Implementar e manter redes LAN e VPN
  • Diagnosticar e resolver incidentes de rede e infraestrutura
  • Garantir elevados níveis de disponibilidade, segurança e desempenho dos serviços
  • Participar em projetos de implementação e renovação tecnológica
  • Executar atividades de capacity planning e análise de performance
  • Produzir documentação técnica, procedimentos operacionais e diagramas de rede
  • Colaborar com equipas de Serviços, Sistemas e Service Desk
  • Assegurar a implementação de boas práticas de segurança e compliance
