Обязанности:

  • Поддержка IT-инфраструктуры магазинов.

  • Установка, настройка и обслуживание касс, POS-терминалов, сканеров и принтеров.

  • Диагностика и устранение технических неисправностей.

  • Настройка локальных сетей, Wi-Fi и роутеров.

  • Поддержка POS-систем и 1С.

  • Выезды в торговые точки, обслуживание оборудования и открытие новых магазинов.

  • Работа с заявками Service Desk и ведение отчётности.

Требования:

  • Опыт технической поддержки от 1 года.

  • Знание Windows, ПК, периферийного оборудования и сетей LAN/Wi-Fi.

  • Опыт работы с кассовым оборудованием и POS-системами.

  • Владение Word, Excel, Outlook и 1С.

  • Свободное владение узбекским и русским языками.

  • Готовность к разъездной работе.
