Our work strengthens mission critical infrastructure and supports a more sustainable energy future through renewable energy innovation. 

As an Associate Engineer, you’ll support substation design projects, working with experienced engineers to develop your technical skills and contribute to high-quality project deliverables. 

What You’ll Do 

• Assist with design, modeling, and analysis of substation projects
• Support senior engineers with drawings, calculations, and studies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in site visits and construction support
• Prepare technical reports and project documentation
• Grow through hands-on learning, mentorship, and training

You bring to the team:

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to contribute and work well with a team
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
• Minimum of one year of engineering experience  
• Engineer Intern (EI) certification, preferred.  
• Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and/or MicroStation preferred
• Strong interest in substation design and high-voltage electrical infrastructure
