We're looking for skilled and meticulous language experts for Mandarin Chinese. This is a remote, freelance position, perfect for individuals seeking flexible work opportunities.

This project is expected to last for 8-9 months with part-time engagement (a few hours a week).

Responsibilities:

Review transcribed data to ensure high levels of accuracy, grammar, and punctuation.
Consult technical teams on the linguistic patterns found in the data.
Assist in developing transcription guidelines.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation Studies, or other language-related fields.
Native proficiency in Mandarin Chinese or formal specialization in this language (e.g., a BA in Mandarin Chinese).
Attention to detail.
Proficiency with transcription software and tools is a plus.
Experience with ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition), NLU (Natural Language Understanding), or NLP (Natural Language Processing) is a plus.
