Vice President Data & AI Engineering (m/f/d)

• You own the commercial and delivery performance of the portfolio, including growth, profitability, client outcomes, quality, talent, and strategic investment priorities.
• You build trusted executive relationships and advise clients on enterprise AI and data architecture, platform strategy, implementation models, and technology transformation.
• You create the conditions for teams to deliver quickly and responsibly by establishing clear engineering principles, reusable platforms, technical governance, and strong leadership.
• You use insights from client deployments to shape new services, products, partnerships, and differentiated intellectual property for OMMAX.
• You attract, develop, and retain exceptional engineering and architecture talent and build succession across technical and delivery leadership roles.
• You represent OMMAX in the market through strategic client engagements, industry partnerships, events, and thought leadership on production AI and data systems.

What we require:

• You hold an outstanding degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
• You bring several years of functional and leadership experience in data, AI, or software engineering environments.
• You demonstrate deep expertise in distributed systems, data platforms, and cloud architectures.
• You have extensive experience designing and scaling production-grade AI and LLM systems, including retrieval and agent-based architectures.
• You are highly proficient in Python and experienced in building scalable, event-driven backend systems.
• You have proven experience in leading teams and managing complex technical projects in client-facing environments.
• You combine strong analytical skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
