By leveraging innovative technologies and embracing advancements like AI, real-time analytics, and machine learning, we build scalable solutions that adapt to the evolving needs of modern businesses.
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who enjoys working across both backend and frontend technologies and wants to have a direct impact on a modern SaaS communication platform.
Why Join Us?
• Immediate impact – your work reaches production quickly and delivers real value to customers.
• Modern technologies and architecture.
• Opportunity to work on challenging communication technologies including chat, messaging, WebRTC, and real-time systems.
• Collaborative engineering culture with direct access to architects and product decision-makers.
• Freedom to propose ideas, technologies, and architectural improvements.
Omnilinx is looking for an AI Agent Engineer to join our team and work on building AI agents and automated workflow solutions for real business processes.
About the Role
You will take part in developing intelligent agents and multi-agent systems that automate processes in real production environments — from chatbots and voice bot assistants to more complex multi-agent workflows connected to internal and external systems.
Responsibilities
• Design, develop and deploy AI agents that automate real business processes, both internal and for clients.
• Build chatbot and voice bot solutions and maintain them in production.
• Design multi-agent systems in which several agents work together and handle different parts of a single process.
• Develop Python services and APIs that connect LLM agents to databases, CRM systems and the phone system (PBX).
• Integrate agents with external systems via REST APIs and webhooks.
• Write, test and optimize prompts and tool/function-calling logic, working with structured LLM outputs.
• Ensure agent reliability: error handling, retries, fallbacks, guardrails and human-in-the-loop for high-risk actions.
• Measure and improve agent quality: test scenarios, response evaluation, conversation monitoring, cost and latency.
• Gather requirements from colleagues and clients, turn them into technical solutions and take part in the full cycle from idea to production support.
• Write technical documentation and work with git and gitflow, including code review.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as a software developer (backend/web development).
• Strong command of Python, with commercial experience.
• Experience building REST APIs and integrations with external systems: HTTP methods, status codes, authentication (API keys, OAuth).
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.), including tool/function calling and structured outputs. Significant personal projects count.
• Experience building AI agents or automation workflows, at least one of which runs in production (chatbot, voice bot or another agent).
• Good understanding of prompt engineering: structuring prompts and context, reducing hallucinations.
• Basic knowledge of RAG, embeddings and vector databases.
• Experience with git and gitflow.
• Еxperience with Docker.
• Self-reliance and the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical colleagues.
•Proficiency in English
Nice to Have
• Flask, FastAPI or Django.
• Object-oriented programming (OOP).
• Google Cloud: Cloud Run, Cloud Build, Secret Manager, service accounts.
• Kubernetes and CI/CD.
• Agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI) and MCP.
• Agent evaluation and observability tools (e.g. LangSmith).
• Automation platforms such as n8n, Make or Zapier.
• Telephony: SIP/PBX, Asterisk/FreeSWITCH, Twilio, WebRTC.
• Voice stack: speech-to-text, text-to-speech and low-latency processing.
• Experience with contact center systems.
What We Offer:
• The opportunity to become part of the core team of a fast-growing business
• Competitive compensation package
• Flexible hybrid working model
• Additional health insurance
• Employer-subsidized Multisport card, plus up to 2 hours per week of paid time for physical activity
• A culture of transparency, innovation and work-life balance
