As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you’ll work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and keep operations moving efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Operate multiple types of material handling equipment i.e. Dump Truck, Wheel Loader, Skid Steer Loader and Forklift, in a safe and productive manner.
- Load Containers, sort scrap, sample material, and any other duties as requested by Lead or supervisor.
- Inspect Equipment prior to operation, fuel, and lubricate daily.
- Assist Lead and Supervisor with identification and tracking of all inventory upgrades and changes in classification to assist with perpetual inventory goals.
- Ability to cross train on various equipment types.
- All other duties as requested by Lead and Supervisor.
Qualifications
- A clear understanding and adherence to safety regulations
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
- Ability to stand/work for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more repetitively on a regular basis
- Must be self-motivated team player, anxious and willing to learn new skills
