Als Creative Operations Lead übernimmst du bei uns genau diese Aufgabe!

Du übersetzt die strategischen Vorgaben der Brand-Führung in konkrete Sprints, sicherst kritische Deadlines und hältst deinem Team den Rücken frei von administrativen Blockern. In dieser Rolle sorgst du dafür, dass Design, Video und Brand Activation im gleichen Takt laufen - mit klaren Ritualen, schlüssigen Prioritäten und echter Ownership über Timelines und Ressourcen.

Please note that a C1 Level of German and a B2/C1 Level of English are prerequisites for this role.

Die Stelle

  • Moderation der Sprintplanung und aller Squad-Rituale: Daily Standup, Planning, Review
  • Ressourcen- und Kapazitätsmanagement für PR, Design, Video und Brand Activation nach Priorität
  • Schnittstellenmanagement zu Acquisition- und Retention-Squads zur Sicherstellung des Asset-Flusses
  • Timeline- und Budgetmonitoring für alle laufenden Brand-Projekte inklusive konsequenter Deadline-Durchsetzung - etwa bei Rebranding- oder Retail-Launch-Projekten
  • Übersetzung der strategischen Vorgaben des Pillar Lead Brand in konkrete zweiwöchige Sprintziele

Das bringst Du idealerweise mit*

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Creative Operations, Kreativproduktion oder Projektleitung im Kreativ-/Marketingumfeld
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams mit kurzen Entscheidungs- und Feedbackzyklen, z. B. weekly Performance-Reporting, und laufende, datenbasierte Neu-Priorisierung
  • Starkes Verständnis für kreative Prozesse und die Fähigkeit, Timelines auch in dynamischen Episoden risikofrei durchzusetzen
  • Kommunikations- und Mediationsstärke an der Schnittstelle zwischen Daten und Kreation
  • Deutsch mindestens auf C1-Niveau, Englisch ab B2
  • Scrum-/Kanban-Erfahrung ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss
