Deine Aufgaben

  • Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresreportings sowie Soll-Ist-Analysen
  • Weiterentwicklung und Pflege von Planungs-, Budgetierungs- und Forecast-Prozessen
  • Durchführung von Wirtschaftlichkeits- und Abweichungsanalysen für Fachbereiche und Geschäftsführung
  • Aufbau und Pflege aussagekräftiger KPI- und Kennzahlensysteme
  • Ansprechpartner für die Geschäftsführung und Fachabteilungen in allen Controlling-Fragen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von BI- und Reporting-Tools
  • Unterstützung bei strategischen Projekten und Investitionsentscheidungen
  • Ad-hoc-Analysen für Management und Geschäftsführung

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Controlling/Finance oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise im Handels- oder Dienstleistungsumfeld
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel; Erfahrung mit BI-Tools (z. B. Power BI) von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und hohe Zahlenaffinität
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
