Account Executive (Unicorn Sales Leader)

ON2IT does what the rest of the industry only pitches: we remove attack paths instead of shipping more alerts. We're building our US direct sales team in Plano, and we want the seller whose calls get answered on the first ring, who closes because they're trusted, not because they discount. The sales leader who lets the numbers do the talking. You bring the relationships, experience and instincts. We give you the AI tools to move faster.

You'll work directly with our founder and CEO. Uncapped plan. Real authority over your book. And if you earn it, a path to lead our North American sales team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own quarterly and annual sales targets across renewals, expansions, and net-new business
• Prospect, present, and close managed security solutions tailored to client needs
• Represent ON2IT at industry events and conferences, generating and converting leads
• Build lasting client relationships that drive retention, growth, and referrals
• Manage pipeline and forecasting using ON2IT's sales tools
• Collaborate with marketing, legal, technical, and channel teams to deliver solutions that fit
• Travel domestically and internationally (including to the Netherlands) as needed
• Collaborate with marketing to improve ON2IT’s AI sales tools to enhance stakeholder research, so you walk into every call already knowing what the buyer cares about; Real-time market and threat-landscape briefings, so your pitch reflects what's happening today, not last quarter's talking points; AI-assisted proposal drafting to shrink the gap between "yes" and signature; Deal-risk and buying-signal alerts that tell you where to lean in and where a deal is quietly stalling; and, Automated follow-up and pipeline hygiene, so nothing slips while you're closing the next one

Requirements

WHAT YOU BRING

• AI fluency: Competence and continuous learning to put AI to work across the entire sales lifecycle.
• 10+ years of direct sales experience in a comparable role
• Security vendor or MSSP sales experience
• A trusted network and a pipeline that's real, not aspirational
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• University/college education or equivalent relevant experience
• Integrity, drive, and a consultative, relationship-first approach to selling
