What will you do as our Inside Sales Hero/Heroine?

You will be the link between customer inquiries and the right solutions. Together with our sales managers, you will serve both the public sector (think hospitals and municipalities) and commercial companies. Together, you will forge plans to approach new businesses, whether it's cold acquisition, warm leads, or existing customers. No day is the same!

You are the face of our company to our customers and thrive on maintaining daily contacts. With your fresh ideas and initiative, you exceed customer expectations, together with your colleagues.

You are responsible for preparing and processing quotations, relationship management, and contract renewals. You also ensure that our sales managers are informed of your activities and proactively gather the information you need. Additionally, we expect you to delve into cybersecurity so that you can explain what we do at a whiteboard level.

But that's not all! Together with us, you want to grow and continue to develop yourself. In collaboration with our marketing department, you prepare actions and events and ensure that our sales managers are well-prepared for customer appointments. You are ready to help people and enthusiastically answer customer questions.

Requirements

About you

You already have experience in Inside Sales, whether you're a junior or a mid-level professional. You excel at organizing your work and meeting tight deadlines. Naturally, you have an affinity for IT or cybersecurity. You are driven to be the best and always open to learning and diving into new challenges

Your administration is always in order! You are communicative, accurate, and always manage to maintain control of your work in ON2IT's dynamic environment. You are proficient in both written and spoken Dutch and English. Your educational and professional level is at HBO level.
