We are looking for an experienced Procurement & Tender Engineer to join our construction company and support tendering and procurement for mega projects.

• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications and BOQs

• Prepare pre-qualification documents and tender submissions

• Send RFQs and prepare technical and commercial comparisons

• Support cost estimation and tender pricing

• Prepare procurement plans aligned with the project schedule

• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors and issue POs and subcontracts

• Follow up on material approvals and deliveries to site

• Maintain an approved vendor and subcontractor database

• Prepare tender and procurement status reports

Requirements

  • • Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or Structural Engineering only

  • • 3 to 10 years of experience in procurement and tendering

  • • Proven experience in mega construction projects

  • • Good knowledge of FIDIC contracts

  • • Advanced MS Excel; ERP systems (SAP/Odoo) are a plus

  • • Strong negotiation and communication skills

  • • Very good command of English
