Oncobit develops CE-IVDR-certified molecular diagnostics for precision oncology. Our software team builds the platform behind these diagnostics, from IVD analysis software to data pipelines and clinical reporting. As we continue to expand our product portfolio, we are looking for a Full-Stack & Cloud Developer to strengthen our software team.

Requirements

- BSc or MSc in Computer Science or a related field, with 2+ years of professional experience developing and running software

- Strong hands-on skills in TypeScript (React, Node.js), Python, REST APIs, SQL, plus a cloud platform (ideally Azure)

- You want to build software for a regulated medical device, where documentation, traceability, and data protection are part of the job

- You are a team player who works in a structured and reliable manner, you thrive in a fast-moving environment where you wear many hats, and you are willing to take on your share of IT and cloud administration tasks

- Good written and spoken English (German is an advantage)

Responsibilities

- Extend and maintain our web platform for internal users and customers, from frontend to backend, including access control

- Integrate the platform with our data processing and storage solutions, including our IVD software products

- Build and run our services on Azure, including CI/CD and infrastructure as code

- Develop and document software within our regulated software lifecycle, including design control, verification and technical documentation

- Support our users and work closely with colleagues from assay development, laboratory operations, medical affairs and quality & regulatory affairs
