Summary:
OneDigitalis seekinga motivated team playerto join our Commercial Lines department as a Market Analyst. This individual will work directly with Account Managers, Client Executivesand Insurance Companies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities(includebut are not limited to):
Create and maintainmarket submissions ensuring accurateand timelytransferof information between OneDigitalteamand insurance companies.
Access insurance company websitesto quotenew and renewal insurance business.
Correspond with insurance carriers to obtain loss history reports, experience modification worksheets, and finalized proposals
Updatethe Epic agency management system to reflect all correspondence and results
Offercurrent market guidance to Account Managers and Client Executives
Attend in-person and virtual meetings/trainings/special eventsheld by insurance companies. Take notes to share essential information with the department.
Create and distribute Certificates of insurance
Assistwith other projects asassigned by manager.
Qualifications, Skillsand Requirements:
Experience with Microsoft office products including Outlook, Wordand Excel
Ability to navigate vendor or agency management systems as applicable.
Proficiencyin Applied / Epic or ability to learn these programs.
Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat is a plus.
Ability to manage client needs and multiple tasks.
Strong respect for confidentiality and attention to detail.
Strong Time Management skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Education, Training and Experience:
A high school diploma, two years of college or two yearsexperiencein the insurance industry is preferred
The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $38,000 to $40,000 per year.
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs.
