Our Newest Opportunity:
Location: Remote (with the ability to travel to client locations as needed within the local area with a special focus on Dayton, Mason, Cincinnati, and surrounding areas (some local travel to Columbus, Toledo, etc.).
Type: 20-25 hours per week (non-exempt)
What You’ll Do:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, passive outreach, screening, scheduling, and interviewing
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and role requirements
- Develop and post job descriptions across multiple platforms to attract top talent
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and client hiring teams
- Provide guidance on hiring best practices and compliance as well as monitor and report on recruitment metrics and outcomes
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews
- Travel locally to client sites as needed (Dayton, Mason, Cincinnati, Columbus, Toledo)
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (required)
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to build trust and credibility with clients
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and service-oriented
The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $30 to $40per hour.
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
