Call Center Agent

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, consistent customer service while taking appropriate corrective actions whenever needed.
• Serve as the first point of contact for all telephone inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional support.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently and within agreed service standards.
• Maintain service quality by adhering to established policies, procedures, and quality guidelines.
• Represent TKH professionally by following approved call scripts and telephone etiquette standards.
• Coordinate with the Student Services team to ensure customer inquiries are resolved effectively.
• Handle customer complaints and challenging situations with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment.
• De-escalate difficult calls and provide appropriate solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the education sector or a similar industry.
