Digital Transformation Analyst

 Job Summary:

Support the planning, analysis, implementation and continuous improvement of digital transformation initiatives across business functions. The role assists in gathering user requirements, analysing business processes and data, developing reports and dashboards, supporting automation workflows, and helping users adopt digital tools effectively. The position also supports system testing, documentation, training, data accuracy and compliance with Quality Management System requirements.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Gather, clarify and document business requirements from users and stakeholders for digital transformation, reporting, automation and system improvement initiatives.
2. Analyse current business processes, operational data and user pain points to identify gaps, inefficiencies and practical improvement opportunities.
3. Prepare process flows, requirement documents, user guides, testing records, issue logs and other project documentation as required.
4. Develop, maintain and enhance reports, dashboards and tracking tools using Microsoft Excel, Power BI or other approved reporting tools to support business decision-making.
5. Support data checking, data cleansing and validation activities to improve reporting accuracy, data consistency and management visibility.
6. Build, maintain, test and improve automation workflows or digital tools to reduce manual work, improve efficiency and strengthen process control.
7. Support the implementation, enhancement and maintenance of Microsoft Power Platform solutions, ERP-related applications and other approved digital business systems.
8. Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, issue tracking, deployment preparation and post-implementation support for new or enhanced solutions.
9. Assist in user training, user support and adoption activities to ensure effective and consistent use of digital tools and business applications.
10. Prepare management reports, analysis summaries and business insights to support monitoring, planning and operational decision-making.
11. Support innovation, AI and continuous improvement initiatives through research, testing, documentation and practical solution design.
12. Ensure assigned documentation, process changes and solution updates comply with Quality Management System requirements and support audit readiness.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1 year of relevant experience in business analysis, data analysis, reporting, process improvement, automation, ERP support or digital transformation will be an added advantage.
3. Good foundation in Microsoft Excel, or other suitable data preparation and reporting tools, including data preparation, formulas, pivot tables and basic reporting.
4. Exposure to Power BI, Power Query, Microsoft Power Platform, system implementation, business application support or other suitable reporting, automation and digital workflow tools will be an added advantage.
5. Exposure to ERP systems, SAP, manufacturing, trading, logistics, inventory or supply chain processes will be an added advantage.
6. Good communication skills with the ability to work with users from different departments and explain business or system requirements clearly.
7. Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
8. Willing to learn new technologies, handle detailed data and support practical business improvement initiatives.
